Store bags before your onward train connection

Central Station offers connections to T1, T2, T3, T4, T8 and T9, plus Intercity, Regional and M1 Metro services. Secure luggage storage lockers are available for hire on its Grand Concourse, providing an official option for left luggage in Sydney CBD.

Martin Place connects with the T4 Eastern Suburbs line, Intercity South Coast services and the M1 Metro. Gadigal serves the M1 Metro, while nearby Town Hall provides access to T1, T2, T3, T4, T8 and T9, along with Intercity Central Coast and South Coast services. The best station for an onward connection depends on the line required, with Central also offering the listed station lockers.

Large bags, luggage and backpacks are not allowed inside the Art Gallery of New South Wales. Free cloaking is available near the welcome desk in the Naala Nura building and in the welcome hub of Naala Badu. The Australian Museum also prohibits luggage and large bags. Its cloaking room is on Lower Ground (LG) and operates during business hours. It may close without notice, and items must be collected ten minutes before closing.

At the Roslyn Packer Theatre, free cloaking is to the left of the Box Office on the ground floor. The Sydney Theatre Company provides no cloaking service at The Wharf, so there is no on-site place for bags there.

Circular Quay bike hub has 400 lockers at 178B George Street, Sydney NSW 2000, with entry via Ah Toy Lane. Its weekday access runs from 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday access, along with after-hours and public-holiday access, is available to members only, so non-members have a more limited schedule.
