Super easy to use, a lot better than we initially thought since there weren’t many reviews. Walked in, showed the confirmation, left the bags, no worries. As expected it’s a secure room within the store, don’t expect private lock up, so make sure you’ve got a separate lock on your luggage. Would definitely use again.

As mentioned above, very friendly and professional staff at EazyMart. The luggage was in a hidden storage room out of view of incoming and outgoing customers and we collected without any hassle, stress or issues. Very good storage option for those looking to spend the day in Sydney without carting your bags around!

Stasher is a great service. We arrived prior to our check in time at the airbnb so we did not want to walk around with our heavy bags. It is super easy to book online, we checked strategically which service point we wanted to go. We ended up going at the big hostel which had a very friendly welcoming and excellent customer service.

Super easy drop off and pick up of luggage. It’s so close to the Carnival cruise ship terminal. It was so nice to not have to worry about our luggage while we were exploring.
Staff super nice and friendly. The lady at dropoff - perfect. The guy at pickup slightly unsure as to what the process is. Not his fault. Probably Stasher needs to come up with a more robust system with the owner to ensure the employees are not put in a difficult position. But overall great service.
