Friendly staff and quick service, who checked our details when we returned, However they gave someone else the same ticket number so also brought out another bag which could easily have been taken. I would recommend a review of ticket numbers so they only have 1 of each number.

Stasher is a great service. We arrived prior to our check in time at the airbnb so we did not want to walk around with our heavy bags. It is super easy to book online, we checked strategically which service point we wanted to go. We ended up going at the big hostel which had a very friendly welcoming and excellent customer service.

Very convenient. Easy booking, but the site does not allow you to see the exact address of the locker in relation to the accommodation before confirming. It didn't take me too far away, but another nearby site might have been a bit closer. No problem with dropping off the luggage, which was placed in a locked cabinet, but the reception gives us the key to open it ourselves both at drop-off and pick-up. No real control/surveillance of the bags taken. But we had no issues at all.

Very pleasant, friendly and efficient staff. Would be useful to have a sign telling customers where to hand over their luggage as I was not sure whether I had got to the right place at the start. It became clear immediately on asking a staff member whether this is the right place. It may also be a good idea to inform customers that it may be best to unload from a taxi in front of the theatre and walk around as my driver had to go around the block finding a place to drop us off.

Stasher offers a convenient, secure and cheap alternative to store my luggage. I have booked with Palace Hotel to store my luggage for a day, the operation hours starts from 10am. Shortly after my booking with Stasher, I was informed by the Tour Company that the tour I have booked will commence at 10am instead of 12pm as stated on the webpage. I had an issue as Palace Hotel only accepts luggage deposit at 10am officially. I wrote in to Stasher about my situation and received a prompt reply by Stasher Associate, Olivia. She managed to arrange with Palace Hotel to allow me to deposit my luggage at 9am instead. I am impressed by the prompt service and the extra mile Stasher team has extended to me. I would definitely recommend Stasher to anyone who is looking for a temporary luggage storage. Thank you Stasher team.
