Not secure, anyone could walk into the room off the street. It's also up a very steep and narrow flight of stairs - not suitable for a heavy suitcase. The man was polite and the phone shop was a very short walk from AMS Centraal Station.

The only negative is the stairs that lead to the stasher, if you have heavy luggage or cannot lift weight you have a problem.
