  Right inside front door for hotel.  Super easy to use

  It was easy enough to book However, I was disappointed that - when i accidentally booked the incorrect date and then booked the right date straight afterwards - when I asked for a refund on my incorrect date, the response was "50% or 100% credit note" and they incorrectly said i was asking for a refund after my mistaken booking (but I wasnt, it was 24+hrs beforehand). I then pushed back and the response was again 59% refund or 100% credit note. So I pushed again, stating that there was nothing in their FAQs about incorrect bookings. So eventually I got a refund. I find the whole correspondence over email a little annoying. When I came to collect my cases, one locker wouldnt open. So I had to email and wait for various responses before getting this resolved. A phone call would have been easier. Other than that. It was convenient and not overpriced for storage in central London.

  Good location near Edgware Road station.  Secure storage in luggage room.  Only complaint was that was brought the wrong luggage, even though have tags with numbers, though the number had been misread by staff member and my luggage was then found.

  A good point to leave the baggage till you can do the check in at a hotel

  Smart aparthotel between Paddington and Edgware Road stations. You are given a tag for luggage. Would use it again.
