  De tweede keer dat ik deze winkel gebruik om mijn bagage op te slaan, en opnieuw was het geweldig. Ik ben blij dat mijn bagage veilig is en ik zal mijn bagage hier blijven stallen wanneer ik in de buurt ben.

  Used the lockers located in the Premier Inn reception area, approx 5mins walk from Waterloo Station to store luggage whilst exploring London for the day. Very easy and straight forward - just like using an Inpost locker or sim. Great service - highly recommend. Safe, secure location within the hotel foyer.

  Initially I was asked to leave my items near an open door where anyone could have casually walked in and taken them. When I raised my concerns I was told there are lots of staff in the shop, it will be ok. Upon my return I realised that they move stashed items to a stockroom of sorts, in the back of the shop, which is much more secure. I felt unease for most of the day though, thinking that my items may not be there when I got back.

  The team at the Premier Inn were amazing! They knew (and were experienced with) people falling foul of nearby theatres bag policies. They had me in and out in less than two minutes so I could make the curtain. Would highly recommend!

  Great shop, easy to leave your luggage and staff were friendly. Quick drop off and pick up, highly recommend.

  I didn’t know this was a service that was offered so was quite hesitant, however couldn’t fault this at all. No issues upon collection too. No hassle, and probably spent under 5 minutes total both dropping off and collecting our bags.

  It must be one of the absolutely best customer service experiences I have ever experienced; the two young ladies at the concierge desk were extremely friendly, polite, helpful and welcoming, very very patient with me even though I had no idea how to use the Google App to register and pay for what I was stashing etc! When I asked if I could use the Gents, I was even taken to where the facility was, when I finished and was going to go, the young lady (probably at about 10:50 pm) was still smiling warmly; making me feel comfortable; making me feel I was a very welcomed customer, even though I had only been stashing something there for a few hours. The charge for such a professional service also couldn't be more reasonable, the whole experience was absolutely FIRST CLASS!! I have already told some of my friends about this, they were very impressed; and they said they definitely would use the Premier Inn there if they happen to be in central London! I only hope this fantastic service will go on and such high level of professionalism will always be the Premier Way!!
