  Great, intercom to enter. Reception 2nd floor. No problems at all. Even let me use the loo while waiting for bag to be fetched.

  Polite rapid efficient service ... let us put a brolly and jacket with bag attached in a bag to the rucksack . So kind . Let us use toilets seating area to arrange vag to be left ... And was 24 hour so was OK if a little late ... overall really excellent service. Using again for sure . Wish they did this at shopping arcades ☆ Regards lee weller

  I went to Brixton Academy for a gig. This is right around the corner and very easy. Picked it up about 11:30pm, no problems.

  Excellent. Safe and secure. Left my laptop bag during a gig and had no issues. Someone is at reception 24 hrs for collection.

  The premier in hotel was good to find. The Drop off and pick up of my bag, worked fast and easy

  Great location near station, staff kind and helpful, only slightly annoying thing is you have to buzz the door to be let in so can be waiting if busy but that's minor compared to the convenience and safety

  Lift to the reception and easy to store. When I returned, there was very little waiting time to get my luggage.
