  I went with a hotel where I had actually stayed in the past, so it was a place and location I knew I could trust. This helps in terms of considering other places as I know their vetting appears to be sound.

  Close to Paddington station and easy enough to find. Polite staff at the convenience store - the bags we left were photographed and then taken 'out the back' for the duration. Collected again with no issues. Would use this Stasher again and would recommend to everyone, too.

  Location was easy to find and perfect for access from Marylebone or Baker Street. Staff were friendly, handover was easy and bag was returned in perfect condition with full contents despite having no lock on the bag.

  The human at the counter was excellent. They were super kind and a pleasure to talk to. They answered all my questions and made filling out the oniline form easy. Especially, they ensured I knew when I need to pick up my parcels before end of day. Give them paid time off or a raise because they are deserved.

  Great option to store bags when waiting to fly out in afternoon or waiting for accommodation check-in. Very clean and tidy, with helpful staff. Thank you

  The guy at the reception was really nice and everything went fast and smoothly. It was nice enjoying London for a few hours without the luggage.

  I dropped off and collected my bag with no issues - it was quick and easy! Just a short walk from Marble Arch and easy to find. They checked my bag photo on my phone to make sure I was taking the correct one.

  Everything ok with the actual storage place. In others before I got a small receipt with the number of my luggage. This time it worked differently: I had to write my name in a paper strip that was put on the handle and take a photo of it. When I collected it, I showed the photo and gave my name. And that was it. Very easy and effective. It just works!

  Location was great to our apartment and plans before traveling home. Cases are stored in a cellar style room, down some outdoor stairs, Lady couldn’t have been any nicer, great service.

  Location really easy to find, just a block along from the tube entrance. Easy to drop off and collect. The team were happy to help. I was concerned that the room they use was open to all, but they seemed to control access and did checks re bags etc. good service and easy to use.
