  Easy to store the luggage. Took some time to get the receptionist attention to get the luggage out since some other working there was more interesting, but else it was a good experience.

  Quick, easy and convenient with luggage ticketing system. A couple of minutes from Earl’s Court tube station. Would definitely use again.

  Extremely convenient for the museums in Kensington and the London underground. Staff helpful and polite.

  The Premier Inn was the closest location to where I was and convenient for where I needed to go after retrieving my luggage.  I liked the idea of leaving my luggage at a hotel (vs. a shop), but the wait to pick up was quite long as I was behind a family checking into the hotel, asking lots of questions, adding breakfast to their reservation, etc. And there was only 1 person at the desk.  I wasn’t short on time, but it was a bit annoying to have to wait so long just to pick up my bags.  Finally, another person arrived and basically asked me if I was alright, as if I was standing in line for the fun of it.  I told him I was wanting to pick up my luggage and he then got it for me.

  Good place to use only four minutes from Earls Court Tube station. Bag stored in locked room away from view. Would use again

  Nice walk beside Holland Park but a bit of an uphill climb and steps to manoeuvre.  Cafe serving coffee and lunch at stash point

  The drop off lady was a bit grumpy but the pick up lady was friendly and delightful. Location was convenient.
