  Good, friendly, easy to find. But change your opening hours on Google Maps. They say you're closed when you're still open. I collected my bag after 9pm; on Maps it says you're shut.

  The hotel was very well located - only a few minutes walk from the tube station. Staff were friendly, drop- off and pickup efficient and quick.  I liked that they were 24/7 operation as many places were only open until 23:00 and we needed storage whilst attending a show - which ended up finishing after this time so I was glad i chose this location.

  Totally fine with the Premier Inn's service unless they're the ones who don't want to take a cash/card payment on-site

  super safe, definitely recommend, they place a tag on your luggage with a number and give you a corresponding one so it doesn't get confused with all the other baggages when you have to pick it up

  The staff was very lovely and helpful, and after several bad experiences elsewhere regarding leaving bags stored, it was relieving to be welcomed with such a sweet and professional attitude. The receptionist was very comforting and made sure we could leave the bags with full faith in their services. Pick up was easy as well.
