  Worked very well for us. We left a total of 8 bags (4 checked cases and 4 carry on bags) for our family of 4 (2 adults 2 teens). We had just checked out of our nearby Airbnb apt and needed a place to store our bags for the day while we spent one last day in London. When we dropped them off in the morning we were asked to take one photo of all the bags together and we then showed the same photo at pickup. A different person was there when we picked them up at 7pm later that day but we showed the photo and he brought the bags from a room in the back. Overall very seamless and safe- we had to leave some valuable items in the cases as we were spending the day in London before heading to Heathrow in the evening. This included iPad, computer, kindle, etc. and my son even left some cash in his backpack (even though I had told him not to!). Everything was there.  I would recommend this location - seamless, safe and trustworthy and would use them again if I had to.

  Very convenient location, just a short walk from the British Museum, especially since larger luggage cannot be taken into the museum. Drop-off and collection were both quick and smooth. I would happily use this location again.

  This location was ideal, with a quick 3 minute walk to the local tube station.  Staff were very friendly and professional.

  Beware! The Stashpoint itself (a newsagents shop) is perfectly OK - bags are tagged and stored out of sight at the back of the shop - but it is not located at the address given, which is an inaccessible lane at the side of King's College, closed off by locked metal gates at its southern end on Temple Place. The shop's correct address is actually 145 The Strand WC2R 1JA. It is next to Greggs, close to The Strand's junction with Lancaster Place. I wasted 15 minutes trying to find this place thanks to the incorrect information given!

  App was great.  Had to change the date and the online chat was great.  Had to cancel and get email refund code which seems odd nut worked great.  Highly recommend Stasher.

  Shopkeeper knew exactly what to do when I arrived at the store. They explained how the security system worked, promptly took our bags, and equally, collection just as straightforward and professional.

  Nice hotel happy to leave our stuff with helpful staff who took care of our belongings and were open 24 hours which was important as we couldn't say what time we would be back from Wimbledon to collect.
