The staff at Love Madrid were very kind and professional. They took great care of my luggage with attention and efficiency, and they helped me both when storing it and when collecting it. The souvenir shop is also very nice and well-stocked. As they say, presentation matters too, and this was definitely something I really appreciated.

Very easy and smooth luggage drop-off and pick-up process. Friendly and helpful staff. They didn’t speak English (which I found to be quite common in Madrid), but with AI translation it wasn’t a problem at all, since the staff were very willing to assist.

Very central, easy to find location in the Chueca Neighbourhood. Staff at the café are very friendly. Our luggage was placed in a clean area in the back of the café. Cafe hours made it very convenient to drop off and pick up our luggage
A small misunderstanding with the cashier...after that everything was perfect....great location for connection to the airport...close to the metro station. For every recommendation.
