What Soldier Field allows through the gate

Soldier Field’s NFL clear-bag policy permits clear bags up to 12 by 6 by 12 inches, or one-gallon clear plastic freezer bags. A small non-clear clutch is allowed alongside an approved clear bag if it is no larger than 4.5 by 6.5 inches. Luggage of any kind, briefcases, computer bags, non-clear backpacks and camera bags are prohibited.

Every guest faces a physical search of their belongings and walk-through metal-detector screening at the gates. During major events, the venue may offer lockers for non-approved items and provides a bag-check service at the 18th Street turnaround, south of the stadium on the pedestrian walkway. Bag check costs $10 per rental, payable by cash or credit. Prohibited luggage must be checked there, returned to a vehicle or disposed of. Stasher accepts bags of any size or weight, which covers items Soldier Field will not admit.

Getting to Soldier Field and dropping bags before kick-off

Drop bags at your Stasher host before boarding transit or on the walk in, allowing enough time before doors open. Roosevelt Station serves the CTA Red, Orange and Green Lines and sits approximately 0.75 miles from the Soldier Field entrance. The CTA #146 Inner Drive/Michigan Express bus connects Roosevelt Station with the McFetridge Drive entrance, giving the final leg a shorter route.
