Good service - the proprietor was very friendly. Small downside - the bags are left in a somewhat open area but not readily visible to customers or the public. That said, I was not worried about my bags being damaged or stolen and they were right where I left them when I picked them up. Highly recommend!

Easy & affordable. It was unclear that it was price per bag, also some confusion when booking it indicated a specific drop off time and pick up like an hour latter even though it clearly says 24hrs.

I chose this storage for its location and opening hours, despite other users' reservations about safety. The process was smooth, the store easy to find, and the people welcoming. I hope they do read reviews because it would be a great improvement if they could just make a note of who leaves what (esp. how many pieces of luggage), tag the stored luggage, or hand a coupon when you leave your luggage.

Hello, everything went well. However, I was not reassured during the 9 days I left my 3 suitcases. I had to leave them in a souvenir and clothing shop in a room at the back of the store that customers could access. I don't find this normal or reassuring, because anyone could have taken a suitcase and walked out with it! Unfortunately, we couldn't leave our suitcases in a locked area. Considering the high price paid, I find this service not reassuring.

The establishment met all requirements. If I were to nit-pick, it would be nice if they were open a little later (45-60 minutes more) so that there was a little more of a time cushion between the end of the Red Sox game, and getting to the place to reclaim my item(s) before it closed.
