Easy to find storage location. I spoke to staff who were friendly and helpful. They asked me which luggage storage app I was using and then took me to the rear where they have a locked, secure room that could take quite a few bags. They advised me to photograph my bags. At collection I was asked to point out my bags; there does not seem to be a process to verify who you are and that you are taking the right bags. A hotel would typically use a ticket issued to the user and a counterpart attached to the bag.

Paying cash directly to the StashPoint violates our terms and conditions, and we will not be able to cover such bookings. Do I need to bring identification to store my luggage?
Yes, you’ll need to bring your proof of booking (a digital copy on your phone is fine), along with a valid photo ID to show the host, and, of course, your bags! Please follow the same process when returning to collect your luggage.
Can someone else pick up my luggage for me?
