The location was a little out of the way, which meant we had to take an uber there, but with 7 suitcases, it wasn't like we were going to be hauling them on the T or walking anyway. :)

Easy, friendly, professional service. We found the store easily, our luggage was stored quickly and we were able to sightsee for the day. What’s not to like?

The service is excellent and convenient. The cost is reasonable. The network coverage could be improved for better proximity.

Convenient day storage of luggage after disembarking from the cruise 🚢 ship in Boston.  The  staff was organized, friendly and easy to work with.  We arranged for the luggage storage and paid for the luggage storage on the app.  Would recommend!

Easy drop-off and pick-up, though I agree with others that it made me slightly nervous it operated primarily on the honor system. Conveniently located near Park Street station and priced well though, so just make sure not to leave anything too valuable and use basic deterrence tools like locks.

Location spot was perfect for me only a few minutes from the airport! The handoff was very easy and the employees were very nice! No complaints!

The suitcase is safe, but when I went to pick it up, the lady who received my suitcase didn't remember having received it hours earlier. Luckily, I took a photo of handing over my suitcase, and only then did she return it to me. I don't know what would have happened without that photo

Onward travel from North Station

Logan Airport connects with North Station via the Blue Line to Government Center, followed by a transfer to the Green Line. This route matters when timing a bag-free window around an airport arrival, since the journey includes a change before reaching the station. North Station has no direct link to South Station. Travelling between them requires a change from the Green Line to the Red Line at Park Street Station, so factor in that transfer when timing onward travel.

Storage is near the station rather than inside it. Bags stay safely out of sight until collection, whether they are held at a local business or in a locker. Stasher has no bag size or weight limits, so oversized items and luggage for groups are accepted alongside standard bags.
