Slightly random but great location. The luggage is stored in a locked external storage locker, which can only be accessed via a gate outside the front door (which is also locked) or via an internal route which is monitored 24/7 and has a lock.

A very good location for Paddington Station which I have used several times. The staff are very pleasant and the hotel desk is always manned, so both deposit and pick-up are very easy.

Was a hostel with 24/7 access if required. Helpful staff and luggage was stored securely. Was only 2 min walk from where we were staying.

Upon drop off, only interested in email address, no communication that specific tags would be used. 1st time using this system and this wasn't communicated. Upon pick up, all I had was an email and they wanted to concentrate on the tags, delayed pick up. The lads dealing with it were extremely pleasant and obviously security conscious hence why its still a reasonable scoring.
