We had no difficulty leaving our suitcases at this Stasher location. However, we can’t give 5 stars because we found it odd that there was no one at the location to speak to. We received instructions by What’sApp to open the door with a code to leave our luggage in “the room at the end of the hall” which seemed to be an open lobby that we guessed other people had access to?? So we didn’t feel our suitcases were 100% secure. When we returned to pick them up we used the same code to access the front door and just walked in and picked up our luggage and left. There was another suitcase there which anyone could have taken so it seemed like security for our bags was really just on the “honour system”. We didn’t have anything valuable in our luggage so we weren’t that worried but still we felt we were taking a “risk” leaving it there.
