The place was hard to find - Google maps was showing an address to be in the middle of a big market. When we found the place the owner didn't seem to be able to access his stasher account or know how to handle our booking. But he was nice and friendly. We left the bags for the day and there was no problems with getting them back. I hope he'll get paid by stasher.

The door to this building is locked. Luggage is stored in the back room. We felt comfortable with this location.

We went to a concert, so we had to leave the backpack for an entire day. The backpack was returned in the exactly as we left it.
- Salvador
Excellent service, great place to drop your bags for a certain amount of time. Schedule is ideal for overnight drop and duties.
- Ariana
Staff was friendly and accomodating. I wish there was more of a description of the place because it was a little hard to find once dropped of in an uber
- David
The location for the bags was efficient and secure behind locked door. Right down the street too from Frida Kahlo’s house.

Storage and Transit at Airports and Train Stations
Benito Juárez International Airport has luggage-storage facilities open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. That provides an official left-luggage option for arrivals and departures at any hour. Terminal 1 is served by STC Metro Line 5 via Terminal Aérea station, with a journey of approximately 40 minutes to downtown. Metrobús Line 4 runs directly between Terminal 1, Terminal 2 and the historic city centre. Buenavista Railway Station connects to Felipe Ángeles International Airport by train in approximately 39 to 40 minutes. These timings distinguish the airport routes: Line 5 serves Terminal 1, Metrobús covers both Benito Juárez terminals and the historic centre, while the Buenavista train serves the AIFA connection.
Bag-Free Exploration in Key Neighborhoods and Museums
Stasher has 7 luggage-storage points near Roma, Mexico City, 3 near Centro Historico, 3 near Condesa, and 1 near Coyoacan. The Zócalo/Tenochtitlan station on Metro Line 2 gives direct access to the historic downtown district.
Museum rules make nearby luggage storage in Mexico City particularly useful. The Museo Frida Kahlo prohibits suitcases, while bags or packages larger than 35 cm must go to its coat check. At the Centro de la Imagen, backpacks and large bags are not allowed in the exhibition halls or library. The Museo Banco de México has lockers, but anything larger than 11.8 by 11.8 inches must be left with museum staff. These restrictions mean venue facilities may not suit larger luggage, making a nearby Stasher point a more dependable alternative to relying on a coat check or locker.
Hours, Bag Sizes, and Booking Flexibility
Stasher has 12 points in Mexico City open 24/7, while 36 points stay open late. The 24/7 figure covers round-the-clock opening, and the late-opening figure identifies options suited to evening flights. Opening hours therefore vary by point, rather than following one city-wide schedule.
Reservations are made online at trusted local shops and hotels, or through self-service smart lockers. Bags are kept safely out of sight during storage. Stasher places no limit on bag size or weight, so there is no stated restriction on either measurement.
Before drop-off, a cancelled booking can receive a 50% refund or a 100% coupon. Every Stasher booking in Mexico City includes the Stasher Guarantee, with protection up to US$14,000 per booking. This provides peace of mind around the security of the reservation.
