    How do I retrieve my luggage once I’ve stored it?
    When you return to collect your luggage, simply present your Booking ID along with either the counterpart tag or a photo of your luggage.     What happens if I don’t pick up my luggage on time?
    No worries! We understand that plans change. The drop-off and pick-up times are just estimates. If you're unable to collect your luggage the next day, we can arrange shipping for you and provide the associated costs and options.

    Can I store valuable items (e.g., electronics, documents)?
    Every bag booked through Stasher is covered by a guarantee of up to $1,400 against theft or damage while stored at our StashPoints. While we prioritize the safety of your luggage, we strongly advise against storing essential travel documents, keys, or valuable electronics such as phones. Please note that only bags booked directly through Stasher are covered by our guarantee. Paying cash directly to the StashPoint violates our terms and conditions, and we will not be able to cover such bookings. Additionally, our T&Cs prohibit the storage of certain items, including cash and securities.
    Do I need to bring identification to store my luggage?
    Yes, you’ll need to bring your proof of booking (a digital copy on your phone is fine), along with a valid photo ID to show the host, and, of course, your bags! Please follow the same process when returning to collect your luggage.
    Can someone else pick up my luggage for me?
    If someone else needs to pick up or drop off your luggage, please email [email protected] in advance so we can update the host. The new person will also need to present the booking confirmation number and a valid ID.
    Can I pay in store?
    No, all bookings must be made online through our website or app for security and guarantee purposes. The process is quick and mobile-friendly, taking just a minute to complete. Cash payments in-store are not accepted, and bookings made outside our platform are not covered by our guarantee.
