Decent storage, two stars deducted because the conceierge worker was absent when I went to retreive my bags. The front door was locked and I had to wait in the cold for ten minutes for the worker to come back, so that I could get my bags.

Great location to store my heavy bag before collecting to go to the train station which was about 5 min walk away. Receptionist was very friendly, took me to the locked area to store my bag, and then to collect. I would advise people to allow extra time to collect their bags, as there is only one reception for the hotel, where there may also be guests checking in at the same time! I would definitely use this service again when travelling there.
