The luggage storage is actually an outside DHL locker that you'll be using on your own with codes provided by Stasher. The place is not in the main street, but you have to go inside a courtyard where you'll see a big locker in the corner. Easy to use and very safe. Works 24h.
It was a parcel delivery locker, in the middle of a lot of houses. It was completely fine - equipped with cameras, and in a seemingly very safe area. But I can completely see how people would be nervous to leave a full suitcase in such a location, as I did. It perhaps did not 'feel' very secure (though it absolutely was!).
I went to the location in Munich to drop off my bag and was told by staff there that they no longer deal with Stasher and that I couldn't leave my bag.
Very easy to use and a great value. Allowed me to enjoy my vacation without lugging around 2 suitcases. The second suitcase was only needed for my work trip prior to our vacation.

Location closed at 18:00 instead of 20:00 as shown on Stasher. Service worked without any trouble. The guy handed me a CityStasher card and when I went back to pick up my bags I just handed the card to him.
