Location was only a 10 minute walk from our hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. We just had to take picture of our bags before leaving them with the very helpful desk staff

We had to be out of our Airbnb by 10 but had the day to explore, so we needed a safe place to store our luggage. The staff were pleasant and welcoming, secure storage, slightly expensive compare to rest of Prague but very good location for getting to centre of town and the metro.

Old Town Hall prohibits luggage larger than 70 cm high, 40 cm wide and 45 cm deep. The hall and its information centre do not provide an official visitor locker or left-luggage service.
