the people at the Sofitel desk were all admirable😍civil😌 helpful 😁lovely 🥲and kind, 🤩and it was the easiest thing in the world🌏 to keep my luggage there since it's right above the Brizzie train station, and the staff were all so helpful! (Plus I could go get a flat white right afterwards ☕and regroup.) They went out of their way to help me organize and re-arrange my bags and even called a taxi afterwards.

Very easy and very helpful. Concierge saw me coming with the luggage and came up the corridor to meet me. Put my bags away without fuss. Likewise when collecting, the bags were quickly retrieved and I was on my way quickly.
