Great service when you have to check out of a hotel much earlier than your flight is leaving. Allowed us to store our luggage and still do some sight seeing.

This was my first time using Stasher, and I did not have a good experience - I was hoping to leave my bags there for 4 hours. Stasher said the place was open until 5pm, but when I arrived there the host said his shop was closing at 2pm. So I ended up paying $18 to stash my luggage for only two hours. My wife and I had to pick up the luggage at 2pm and carry it around everywhere in the hot sweltering sun. So our experience with Stasher was very bad and it ruined our day - unless Stasher agrees to a partial or full refund, I will never use their platform again.

Great experience! We were recommended places to see in the city and all were excellent! Laundry and dry cleaning were ready at the promised time. We would absolutely use this place again. Thank you!

Philadelphia Airport and 30th Street Station storage

Philadelphia International Airport does not provide stored-luggage facilities on site. Stasher has 1 luggage-storage point near 30th Street Station, providing an off-airport option in Center City.

The SEPTA Airport Regional Rail Line serves all airport terminals: A-East, B, C-D and E/F. Trains run every 30 minutes between the airport and Center City, with a journey time of 25 minutes. The line connects directly to 30th Street Station, linking each listed terminal with the nearby Stasher point rather than with storage inside the airport.

For train arrivals, Amtrak offers temporary storage and baggage assistance at most staffed stations. Availability varies by station, so it should be checked for the specific station. The 30th Street Station area page provides the current Stasher options for arrivals using that rail connection.

Storing bags near Philadelphia's museums and Old City

At Philadelphia’s Rodin Museum, backpacks, oversized bags and large umbrellas are not permitted in the galleries, so those items cannot go inside. The Institute of Contemporary Art takes a different approach: bags may enter only when carried at your side or on your front, and its coat room has cubbies for luggage. The Philadelphia Museum of Art sends umbrellas and oversize items to the coat check, while the Theatre of the Living Arts limits bags to 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches. These differences matter when arranging somewhere to store your bags, since the available option varies by venue.

Old City’s Museum of the American Revolution is accessible via the SEPTA Market-Frankford Line, with stations at 2nd and 5th Streets on Market Street. The PHLASH bus loops from Penn’s Landing, stops near Independence National Historical Park and continues to the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

Late collections, booking and the Stasher Guarantee

Stasher has four Philadelphia points that stay open late, so luggage storage in Philadelphia remains available for an evening event or a late flight. Reserve a spot online at a trusted local shop, hotel, or self-service smart locker. The bag is kept safely out of sight until collection, while the late-opening locations provide a collection option later in the day. Every booking is covered by the Stasher Guarantee up to US$14,000 per booking. This protection applies across Philadelphia, whether the chosen spot is a shop, hotel, or locker.
