The cafe was a little crowded to maneuver in with a suitcase, but drop-off and pick-up was quick!

Very easy to find and quick service on arrival.  Bag were behind the counter in the ‘kitchen’ which was a bit odd, but there were a lot of bags, so maybe this was overflow. That aside, I would use again as it was efficient and easy.

Friendly welcome, nice shop too !

Everything went well.  Location was very convenient and close to station.  Our bags were returned safely and staff was friendly.  The only reason I’m giving 4 stars rather than 5 is because the Stasher website says luggage will be stored in a securely locked room and that was not the case.  (It was behind the counter of a restaurant.).

The restaurant owner was very friendly and helpful. He made sure that we took pictures of the baggage we were leaving for a few hours. When we returned to pick of the baggage, he was waiting and politely helped us gather up the baggage. I would use this again!

The place of establishment was clean and the staff very friendly. At first confused it was a restaurant but other luggage was there and all accounted for. I would use this location again. Only a block or so from the train station. Easy to get to.

This was a great place to safely store our bags. We found it without any trouble (10 minutes' walk from the train station) and had a bite to eat there too (very tasty food) before setting off to explore Oxford. Would 100% recommend!

The owners were really nice the two times I was here with my friends. The luggage was secured near the owner and I did not worry about my luggage at all. Thank you so much to the owners for their kidness.

Drop your bags and explore Oxford

Stasher has 10+ luggage-storage points across Oxford, and luggage storage in Oxford starts from £1.49 per bag per day. The coverage figure answers availability across the city, while the stated rate gives a clear cost per bag for each day. Nearby local shop options are available through Stasher around Kingston Road and Oxford Town Centre.

A few useful places to store bags include:

The price is quoted per bag per day, rather than as a combined total. Storing bags for train arrivals and airport coaches

Stasher has 2 luggage-storage points near Oxford Train Station, the city’s main intercity rail station on Park End Street, OX1 1HS. Oxford station itself has no luggage-storage facilities, making these nearby points the local alternative for arrivals by train. There is no official left-luggage facility at the station.

A direct coach service links Oxford city centre with Heathrow and Gatwick airports. The journey to Heathrow Terminal 5 takes approximately 80 minutes, while Heathrow Central Bus Station takes approximately 90 minutes. Its luggage allowance is limited to two hold suitcases weighing up to 20kg each, plus one small item of hand luggage on board. That fixed limit makes luggage storage in Oxford before the airport coach a practical necessity when bags exceed the permitted allowance. Train arrivals therefore have a nearby storage option before an airport connection, rather than a left-luggage desk at the station.

Christ Church prohibits luggage and bags larger than 40cm x 30cm x 20cm on site and provides no left-luggage facilities. That size limit matters for anyone carrying a larger bag, as there is no storage available at the college. At the Bodleian Old Library, bags and coats are prohibited in Duke Humfrey’s Library. Lockers are provided, but they require a pound coin. Luggage storage in Oxford is therefore relevant before visiting either attraction.

Hours, bag sizes, and booking flexibility

Stasher has 9 Oxford points that stay open late, plus 1 point open 24/7. The late-opening points suit evening events, while the 24/7 point also covers early flights. Together, these options extend beyond a standard daytime window.

Luggage storage in Oxford through Stasher has no bag size or weight limits. Oversized luggage is included, with no separate restriction based on dimensions or weight. That removes the need to check whether a large or heavy bag fits the stated policy.

Online booking in Oxford is available at trusted local shops and hotels, or through self-service smart lockers. These options cover local premises and lockers within the same booking service. The stored bag is kept safely out of sight until collection.

Before drop-off, a cancelled booking can receive either a 50% refund or a 100% coupon. The cancellation terms apply before the bag is left, with the available outcome set at that stage.
