The people at the YHA Hostel in Cambridge were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is only a 3 minute walk from the station and so it was the perfect place to leave my bags to explore Cambridge during the day and come back and collect my bags before my 10.00 pm train.

Friendly and quick to bring out the suitcases. They also have a QR code available on the wall for customers to book. Although no tags, I had to take a photo of the suitcases.

Team members Harry and Jack were at YHA when I stopped by to pick up my luggage, after touring beautiful Cambridge. They helped me resolve some issues. I was so impressed with their problem-solving skills! Hope these young members keep up the good work! They made my visit to Cambridge especially pleasant and unforgettable.
