Very easy and straight forward, no issues. It only took a couple of minutes to drop off bags and the same to collect . Lovely and friendly staff . Would recommend and use again .

The drop-off place is easy to locate and not far from New Street Train station. Staff were nice and friendly. The process is easy: just showing booing ID and they will handle everything else. Didn’t take more than 2 minutes both dropping-off and retrieving bag. Not to mention that the price is competitive! Definitely recommend this spot!
