We cannot refund bookings after the drop off time has elapsed unless in special circumstances, e.g. a delayed flight, or if you made a booking in error and have placed a new booking. Do I need to bring identification to store my luggage?
Yes, you’ll need to bring your proof of booking (a digital copy on your phone is fine), along with a valid photo ID to show the host, and, of course, your bags! Please follow the same process when returning to collect your luggage.
