Area seemed a little unnerving when walking through the alley. The storage facility was in a gym which was a little unsettling as I had never stored my luggage in a 3rd party service. The host gave good instructions how to enter. Our luggage was still there when we picked it up. Overall I was completely satisfied with our service and experience.
Reception was located right at the door, and service was prompt when we arrived, Premier Inn luckily wasn't too busy. 4 starS as we weren't offered tags for our bags, which we were asked for by the same staff member when we returned for pickup, so possibly we were first for the day and she just forgot. Great service otherwise and central location to Belfast

Really easy to drop off and pick up our bags. Bags were labelled and locked away so were perfectly safe.
Easy to drop off here, staff were lovely. No issues, dropped bag off, took the picture of our number and on pick up, showed them the photo and collected the bags.
Super nice staff! Very straight forward and easy. Also very central, only about 10 minutes away from Grand Central Station. Quite expensive though (because you can only do a whole day here and not just a few hours, which we needed) but it was worth not having to carry around our big luggage pieces for the last two hours of our journey that ended in Belfast.
We hadn't stayed at the hotel, we just walked in on the off chance they might store our luggage. They were very friendly and helpful
