Area seemed a little unnerving when walking through the alley. The storage facility was in a gym which was a little unsettling as I had never stored my luggage in a 3rd party service. The host gave good instructions how to enter. Our luggage was still there when we picked it up. Overall I was completely satisfied with our service and experience.

Reception was located right at the door, and service was prompt when we arrived, Premier Inn luckily wasn't too busy. 4 starS as we weren't offered tags for our bags, which we were asked for by the same staff member when we returned for pickup, so possibly we were first for the day and she just forgot.
