At first, there seemed to be a bit of reluctance to take our bags as we had 4 and she only wanted to take 3. I hadn't booked storage in Stasher yet as I wanted to ask first that, if I'd do, it was okay or whether we should wait 58 minutes (the hour had just passed, rendering it impossible to select as start time in the Stasher app). Upon hearing me pronouncing the word: "Stasher", the immediate response was: "We don't have anything to do with the app!", apparently not grasping my only intention was to just ask how strictly she'd adhere to the booked time slot IF I'd make the booking. But all worked out in the end and we were very happy with this safe and efficient luggage storage service.

Very friendly staff, quick and secure delivery and pickup. They had a specific counter at the hotel entrance, modern and clean. Very close to the Tower of London.

A great and secure location with friendly staff at reception. I needed something close to the train station and it could not have been closer… station just across the bridge. An added bo us is Premier Inn has a pub that serves food with an outside area overlooking the river and there are lovely walks in both directions along the riverbanks
