Nice clean location and friendly staff. Had to take my case down some stairs that wouldn't have been so easy with a larger case. Loaded case into luggage room myself, which was locked though other users would have had access too. Ultimately my case was fine, so it was a good experience - very close to St Pancras and Kings Cross stations.

I had an excellent experience with storing my luggage at this location. I was a bit hesitant not having used a service like this but it was perfect to store my suitcase for a few hours while I walked down to the beach! The employees were super kind and I felt totally safe leaving my stuff with them. I even hung out there for a bit to charge my phone. I highly recommend this place for storing luggage during a long layover so you can enjoy Pacific Beach. I was able to walk to the beach and back. It was about 1 mile away. Totally doable.
