The location was a few minutes walk from the King’s Cross station. The staff at premier inn were very friendly and very quick. My bag was stored in a secure room which was accessed by a staff members key card. The staff member provided me with a ticket receipt which I handed in when I collected. Great value and I will definitely use them again
The receptionist was super friendly and he was expecting us. He offered us water and toilet facilities.

We booked and left 2 suitcases at The Premier Inn, Swords location. Great hotel, safe, luggage stored in a large room behind reception desk and locked, luggage tagged and receipt given for pickup. They let me go with them in the room to put the luggage up. When we returned luggage was nicely sitting on a shelf. Not messed with. The times for drop off and pickup were 24 hours. Fabulous service and all the staff we worked with were great.
We left our bags at a bike store and they were great - very casual, accommodating and friendly. The location was very convenient - across from our train station. Would definitely recommend.

Not straight forward when retrieving. I asked to end session only to get an email later saying session not ended and extra charges would be levied. Gave 4*s as Customer service soon resolved it.
