The location was good. The staff were a bit difficult to get the attention of. They obviously give their own customers attention first (nothing wrong with that)! I stood around learning all about bike hire in Amsterdam while I waited to collect my bag :)

Not secure, anyone could walk into the room off the street. It's also up a very steep and narrow flight of stairs - not suitable for a heavy suitcase. The man was polite and the phone shop was a very short walk from AMS Centraal Station.
