Great location, very close to the train station. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was quick and easy to find and check our booking by staff. Bags were then tagged and taken to a luggage room. It felt no different to if you were a customer staying at their hotel, which was reassuring (I’ve stayed at the hotel in the past). A very positive experience.
