I had searched places available for drop off between 1-2pm and 6-7pm. This location came up on my search, when we arrived at 2.00pm it became apparent that the store is regularly closed until 3pm when it re-opens until 8pm. We only had a few hours in Bari that day and we spent 1hr waiting for the store to open. It is unacceptable that this located was presented as available when it wasn't. Otherwise the location and the service was great.
