I had searched for places available for drop-off between 1–2 pm and 6–7 pm. This location came up in my search; when we arrived at 2:00 pm it became apparent that the store is regularly closed until 3:00 pm, when it reopens until 8:00 pm. We only had a few hours in Bari that day and we spent an hour waiting for the store to open. It is unacceptable that this location was presented as available when it wasn't. Otherwise the location and the service were great.
