The Trans Metro Dewata bus links Ngurah Rai Airport to Sanur, From the Matahari Terbit Sanur bus stop, it's about a 7-minute walk to the Sanur port area. The Simpang Benoa stop is 1,139 metres from the beach itself, roughly a 17-minute walk. Entry to the sand is free, though parking costs IDR 2,000 for a motorcycle or IDR 5,000 for a car. The journey from Ngurah Rai Airport to Sentral Parkir Kuta takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes, followed by a 30- to 40-minute trip from Sentral Parkir Kuta to the Matahari Terbit Sanur stop.
