You leave your suitcase, and they give you a number, but at least in our case, they didn't put that same number on the suitcase. When we returned, it was where we left it, but no one checks who takes it... I could have given 5 stars based on the courtesy and availability of the person present at the Stashpoint if it hadn't been for the fact that I was not supposed to receive any receipt for the luggage deposit, and this seemed completely natural to the aforementioned person. I had to explicitly ask if I would be given something, and the response, although polite, was the handing over of a post-it with the note of the sticker label number that had been applied to the luggage.
