The Stashpoint in Pitt St is near Circular Quay in Sydney was an easy (5min or so) walk. We went exploring, had lunch then collected our cases, walked back to the Quay & hopped on a train to the airport. The staff were friendly and could easily watch over the storage area. There weren't any tags for the bags but I took a photo of ours when we left them

The person at reception was easiest to work with. Knew exactly what was happening, just needed to see the email like they're supposed to, and gave me the ticket to collect so all I needed was that.

We reserved 3 lockers in a tobacco shop. We show the email, take a photo of the bags, the guy gave us a return ticket and voila, backpacks and suitcases dropped off for the day. Really convenient! Ps: we searched a bit, to find it, it is right next to the laundromat. If you see it, it is just stuck to the left ;)

I’l be honest, I was a bit worried about leaving my luggage because I wasn’t given a receipt for it. The lady I gave it to was lovely but we had a language barrier which we navigated using a translation app. But I needn’t have worried because I got my luggage back without a hitch. The reason I have gone for 4 stars is the location is upstairs, so if your bag is heavy, it’s a bit of a struggle if you are alone.
