What a fantastic idea! We were able to wander around Vancouver until our check-in time without having to drag our luggage around with us for six hours. The location was easy to access, the staff friendly and efficient, and it was such a relief to know that our things were safe!
We needed to store our bags on arrival in Vancouver as the train station no longer provides this facility.
