Super nice people and place - however, they were not familiar with the Stasher program and had no idea they had signed up. They still stored our bags, but hopefully this gets fixed before the next people go here and end up as confused as we were.
The Cycle Shop staff were great with us and our luggage. I appreciate the staff giving me tips about the hike we were heading to.

Friendly staff that helped with my bags. They had a big secure workshop with plenty of space to store my 5 large suitcases. They were open and helpful with communication, and made a last minute stressful situation a breeze!

The location was near the cruise port. It was much more affordable than others. I dropped off a large wheeled duffle bag. Great service
The location had good hours for us and was easy to find. The area seems safe and is on a main street. If you’re coming from the cruise port, it’s uphill, but we knew that when we booked.
The host was helpful and stored the bag in a safe location in the shop. Collecting the bag from the shop was also simple and fast.
The service provided was exactly as described online. The people I spoke to when I dropped and picked up my luggage were very warm and friendly. As well, they were very flexible with the drop-off and pick-up times. The customer service was excellent!!
