Excellent! Having not used Stasher before we were a bit apprehensive upon realising that we’d be leaving our luggage at a convenience store, but having now used the service we definitely would again. The gentleman working in the store was extremely helpful and our luggage was secured out the back of the store in a separate secure camera-monitored area. Collection was just as easy and the location made it simple for our onward travel to the airport.

Despite the annual Montreal marathon going on we were able to find the location before the race started and the man in the store was polite and eager to be of assistance. The storage part was easy, we left with good directions about where to head after the race, and returned later in the day for a friendly welcome and our bags. What a great idea to have such a service in a vacation spot!!

Great experience. We had a late train ride and did not want to roll around our bags while we explored the city for a few hours. This was our first time using Stasher and leaving our bags in a convenient store seemed a bit odd at first. Please note that only bags booked directly through Stasher are covered by our guarantee. Paying cash directly to the StashPoint violates our terms and conditions, and we will not be able to cover such bookings. Additionally, our T&Cs prohibit the storage of certain items, including cash and securities.
Do I need to bring identification to store my luggage?
Yes, you’ll need to bring your proof of booking (a digital copy on your phone is fine), along with a valid photo ID to show the host, and, of course, your bags! Please follow the same process when returning to collect your luggage.
