For flights, prioritize not missing them as shipping bags is often cheaper than rebooking; always keep crucial travel documents with you. Note the Stashpoint's operating hours carefully; we may be limited in assistance for late arrivals, but will always strive to help.
Can I get a refund?
We know plans change so any booking can be cancelled up until the drop off window begins. To cancel your booking please log into your account, and under ‘My Bookings’ find the booking you’d like cancelled and refunded. We cannot refund bookings after the drop off time has elapsed unless in special circumstances, e.g. a delayed flight, or if you made a booking in error and have placed a new booking. In this case, please email [email protected] with documentation (e.g. screenshot of flight delay or new booking ID) and we will see what we can do.
Can I extend my booking / add more bags?

If you're unable to collect your luggage the next day, we can arrange shipping for you and provide the associated costs and options.

Every bag booked through Stasher is covered by a guarantee of up to CA$4,700 against theft or damage while stored at our StashPoints. While we prioritize the safety of your luggage, we strongly advise against storing essential travel documents, keys, or valuable electronics such as phones. Please note that only bags booked directly through Stasher are covered by our guarantee. Paying cash directly to the StashPoint violates our terms and conditions, and we will not be able to cover such bookings. Additionally, our T&Cs prohibit the storage of certain items, including cash and securities.
Do I need to bring identification to store my luggage?
Yes, you’ll need to bring your proof of booking (a digital copy on your phone is fine), along with a valid photo ID to show the host, and, of course, your bags! Please follow the same process when returning to collect your luggage.
Can someone else pick up my luggage for me?
If someone else needs to pick up or drop off your luggage, please email [email protected] in advance so we can update the host. The new person will also need to present the booking confirmation number and a valid ID.
Can I pay in store?
