Have used this hotel multiple times before and the staff are so excellent. I feel very safe leaving my bags with them when I've travelled to other parts of Peru.

Suitcase left for storage at Novotel at Surfers Paradise. Excellent service and couldn't of been more helpful. Highly recommend.

Super easy to find locations and the customer service team responds quickly if you have any issues - for example I had to change the dates of drop off.
