Was apprehensive at first since it was a souvenir shop, but luggage was stored away from the public and the lady was super nice.

Super easy to find locations and the customer service team responds quickly if you have any issues - for example I had to change the dates of drop off.

Very convenient with many varied locations to store luggage.  Have used multiple times while travelling, and always a great service.

Left our cases afterflying from Australiaand using Ryanair and only 10kg to travel to Italyfor 6 nights. Excellent service from Mark the night receptionist. Well done and Thanks

Really straight forward, never used the app before and as a not so tech savvy 60year old, it was so easy and efficient.
