Did the job, left 3 bags for the day, I saw them being tagged and locked away in the room. Upon return the employee did hand us the wrong suitcase but we alerted him and it was sorted straight away. I would only ask that the staff be trained a bit more on the importance of handing over the correct bag. Other than that, very polite and good price.

We spent half an hour looking for the place. They should inform that you enter through Gran Vía, 48. You take the elevator, go to -2 and you will see it in the parking. The staff is very attentive.
