Easy to find. Close to station. Pleasant staff. Check in and out process very easy. Only difficulty - reception up flight of 20 stairs, no lift. Fortunately I can still just manage my case up stairs. Would use again but would phone the hotel and ask staff to come down to entrance level.

The concierges were attentive, polite, and efficient (one at least speaks English as well.) Some people complain about the steps (one flight) to the reception desk, but that didn't bother me, especially since it can't be beat for proximity to the train/bus station!

I was going to be traveling by train through Toulouse in the south of France before meeting friends at the airport for a two week artist residency. I had one roller bag but i wanted to walk around the city unburdened by luggage for the four hours I was in town. Stashed helped me find the hotel to store my bag - everything was efficient and the staff was really helpful calling for a cab as well. (I don’t speak French very well). The only area of improvement - the vote didn’t seem to know i was coming but took my email conversation at face value. Other than that it worked out great and will recommend it to everyone traveling. I wish this service was available years ago when I was traveling around Europe in the 1980’s.
