Lovely people, great location. The luggage was in a small dining area off the front desk area - more visible and accessible to others than ideal, but the front desk were close at hand.

All good, just keep in mind that you will need to walk up a large flight of stairs, so maybe not ideal if you have a large bag.

A very convenient location near the station in Toulouse. The lady was very friendly and helpful. The only problem with the place is the stairs to the reception on the first floor and, as I had a heavy suitcase, they were not easy. If it weren't for them you would get 5 stars. Anyway, thanks to your great receptionist who helped me get the suitcase back down the stairs. Deposit and collection were both easy.

The hotel is practically opposite the main train station and drop-off and pick-up are quick and easy. The only potentially negative point about the hotel is the steep stairs leading to reception and the lack of a lift. Highly recommend.
