A very convenient site near the station in Toulouse. The lady was very friendly and helpful. The only problem with the place is the stairs to the reception on the first floor and as I had a heavy case they were not easy. If it wasn't for them you would get 5 stars. Anyway thanks to your great receptionist who helped me get the case back down the stairs. Deposit and collection were both easy.

The hotel is practically opposite the main train station and the drop-off & pick-up quick and easy. The only potentially negative point about the hotel are the steep stairs leading to reception and lack of lift. Highly recommend.
